This joyous occasion allows parents and family to celebrate the gift of life. It also represents a public statement that as a guardian of this precious gift, you receive the responsibility to train your child to seek God and His ways. Taking communion allows us to come together as a church to reverently remember what Jesus did for us on the cross and celebrate the greatest expression of God’s love for His people through the sacrifice of His Son.
The eating of bread symbolizes that Jesus’ health and divine life flows in our mortal bodies. The drinking of juice symbolizes that we are forgiven and have been made righteous.
Water Baptism represents an important occasion in the life of a Believer with a public showing of allegiance to Jesus as Lord and Savior. It is symbolic of the old un-renewed man being buried and then being born anew in Christ. We have Water Baptisms several times throughout each year.
