We hold to the Biblical view that human sexuality is expressed within this covenant of marriage (Genesis 2:24; Matthew 19:4–6).
We share this with love and kindness, not judgment, knowing that every person is on a journey, and that God’s grace meets all of us right where we are.
The Holy Spirit comforts, leads & guides, empowers us for service, brings God’s Word to our remembrance, and builds our faith. (John 14:26, Acts 1:8, Romans 8:14, Jude 1:20)
While we believe the baptism of the Holy Spirit is not required for salvation the many benefits mentioned above are why we encourage all Believers to receive.
Recognize that they are a sinner and are in need of a Savior. (Romans 5:12, Psalm 51:5)
Repent, which is to have a change of heart, mind, and direction. (Acts 2:37-38)
Confess and accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior (Romans 10:9-10)
After these things a person is born again, however we encourage people to continue in the following scriptural practices:
We envision a church where lives are transformed through honoring God, abiding in Jesus, walking in wisdom, and loving mankind, raising disciples who EXCEL in God and EXCEL in Life, reflecting Christ and impacting their world with compassion, dignity, and purpose.
Our mission is to engage people with the gospel, equip them through biblical teaching and discipleship, and empower them to live Spirit-led lives, helping every person honor God, stay connected to Jesus, grow in wisdom, love mankind, and EXCEL in God and EXCEL in Life.
