Beginning on Thursday, April 4that 7:00pm, join us at the Sportsplex next door to the church and let’s have fun while we stay healthy!
Parents, please be advised; children are not allowed to be at Jax Ice & Sportsplex without parental supervision. We received a few complaints last week about children being unattended. Even more importantly for the safety of our Excel kids, we stress that if you do choose to bring your child with you, they must remain with you at all times.
Also, join our private social media group on Facebook to share your goals for the month and to receive health & fitness tips, encouragement, and support. This is a no judgement zone!
